Biography Lea Klygerman

This journal contains deepening material of the exhibition at the memorial site Bullenhuser Damm. Lea Klygerman was one of twenty children, who were murdered on 20th April 1945 at Bullenhuser Damm. Lea (also Lola) Klygerman was born on 28 April 1937 in Ostrowiec, 60 kilometres south of Radom. In early August 1944, Lea, her mother Ester and her sister Rifka, who was two years younger than Lea, were transferred from the Ostrowiec labour camp to Auschwitz.
